One Stop Mounts ships with DHL, UPS and US Postal Service (USPS) Priority for Canadian orders.
All applicable customs, import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, One Stop Mounts reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
If an order is refused and returned to us, customer is still responsible for the customs fees and duty taxes because those would have been paid for by the carrier already. Upon receiving the refused package, a refund will be issued in the amount order total less the customs fee and duty taxes assessed on the package and shipping fees paid including return shipping.
Tip: If you have your own custom broker please let the carrier know when asked to sign Power of Attorney. Your own custom broker usually costs less for brokerage fees compared to carriers'.
